This pretty little ring is a classic design by Halifax based English jewellery factory CHARLES HORNER, according to Lawson’s book this design goes back to 1912.
The lovely enamel is green and blue and is of very good quality as always on Horner’s pieces. The design is very simple but classic in art nouveau shape reminiscent of a peacock’s feather.
It is marked on the inside with town, date and maker’s marks.
It's a recent purchase and it was a bargain too! :)
