This is a very large pendant. The agate is very smooth but the silver has a rough finish, in my opinion, but it looks great with a heavy sterling chain. It is marked 875 - which I believe to be from the Soviet era.
I am thinking it could be from the 70's. Any ideas, anyone?

Thanks, valentino97. I agree about the bail. Actually, it looks like it has been repaired. The agate is flat and very smooth to the touch:)
