It's been a long time since I've posted. I haven't added to my novice collection much in the last 8 months as my priorities have changed. My first born...a baby girl, is due in February. That hasn't precluded me from looking for a good deal, which I found the other day. A 1960's World's Fair vinyl cooler box. No tears; a little corrosion on clasp, but otherwise in great shape. Purchased for 25% of BV. It's safe to say, w/out any planning, my vinyl coolers are the biggest part of my young collection. Not a big money item, but wow would I love to know the rest of the story behind who carried this on their shoulder 50 years ago.

So true about changing priorities. Few things in life are more important and challenging and enriching than being a good father. You are are a lucky man JPSII. Nice cooler, too!
