    This is by far one of the prettiest stoneware pieces I've come across. Its about 30 pounds and stands 18" high. I think this pattern is called soda fired... I've never seen the iridescent brown rim like this one. Marked CG on the inside and also has a peculiar marking on the inside lip. I took a mirror and stuck it inside to see it best. There are several other marks too all throughout. I couldn't track down the maker unfortunately. I came across a Connie Glover with similar artwork but didn't fin her signature.

      sorry, that was a typo, didn't catch that. I meant 20, its actually 19.6 to be exact.

      Unusual glaze combo. Don't think I've ever seen a crystalline over a drip glaze before. It's a recent asian (almost certainly Chinese) import.
