This was given to me by my Aunt. It has dates in it back to 1745. Just turning the pages gives me chills. Flowers, bank checks, dates, post cards. This Bible stems from my mother's side of the family. On the Parker side of the family we have always been collectors. Printing in the 1800's was time consuming. I was told that the printing of the Bible was split in half. I have also been told that they printed Bibles in increments, and you had to bind them yourself. I know it's in rough condition. I'm in rough condition and only 38 years old. Still waiting on the day I take it into church. I could just see everyone on their I Pad and me with this. God bless and may freedom ring!!
