No, I don’t collect compacts and I don’t use them either! But I can imagine that a real lady cannot do without. Well, I am working on that.
This compact was given to me by my mom in the 1980’s. She didn’t buy it either – it was given to her by a friend and probably dates to the 1970’s or so. There is no mark on the compact but my best guess it that it was made in Germany.
The compact is in very good vintage condition and, in my humble opinion, is a lot easier to have in a purse than the one I posted earlier.

Thanks, valentino97. It could be older, but I can only trace it back to the friend of my mom. I don't think it's copper. My pics are not very good because in reality it looks more like brass.
