I've always loved these older art glass pieces, and this one is incredible! Its like a little rainbow encased inside a faceted clear crystal bead. I've seen a few like this called iris beads, but Im not totally sure thats the right name for them, as Ive always though of iris beads as having more of a dispersed, and pastel color to them.

There's a tube of colored striped glass around the chain on which its strung, then clear crystal all around it
