Pablo Ruiz Picasso ink/watercolor

I really love this work-- although it still has me stumped on the artist- is signed,, possibly Walter-- seems like it was signed across an upright scribble,,, still researching--- I am sure its Picasso tho,,, fantastic- am sure its by a known artist
