I picked this pin up in a small shop in Binghamton, N.Y. The green glass stone in the middle has a small chip, but I only paid $10.00 for it.

Saw one like this on 'Roadshow' yesterday, the expert showed how if you push lightly on bot ends toward the middle it would spring out and become a flower holder ! I forgot the value but I thought it was really neat. A jewelr woud need to tell you about the gems.. ENJOY >>>>>>>I hope yours works that way ..

No such luck. Just a bar pin, although it is Sterling. The "jem" is just glass. Thanks, though!
