The original painting was made by Jost Haller in 1445/50. The title is St. George and the Dragon and what you have is just a detail of the Princess.
At the moment it is owned by Musee d'Unterlinden in Colmar, France

Haut-Rhin is the smaller of the two departments of the traditional Alsace region in France.
      Bas-Rhin is the other department.
Ecole Haut Rhinoise is a piticulaire style of art made during the 15/16 century in that region.
