I got this for 99 cts today at Goodwill. A signed green Wedgewood cup w/ some nice putti or angel pieces on it. it's definitely pretty!

Very nice! Marks date it to pre-1970.
I was trying to read the two numbers, is it 04? Or 64? The numbers usually show the last 2 numbers of the date.
