    This sweetie is hallmarked for Birmingham 1921 - possibly A Price & Co. The hobnails are moulded and this is to me a link piece in pre- and post-war production, similar hobnails being features of glass by Peceny and Prachen, amongst others.
    It is 20.5cm high.
