I know this is a Fento Epergne 3 horn but I can't figure out anything else about this piece. The color is a pearly green with an ebony trim around it. The pattern looks like bubbles.

I recognized the glass pattern immediately as Fenton's Thumbprint. For a more specific ID, I knew that Fenton often made items with unusual contrasting crest colors for QVC, so, on a hunch, I went looking and found the item in the Fenton Fanatics QVC database (http://www.fentonfan.com): Willow Green Opalescent Iridized Thumbprint Epergne, made for QVC in 2001.

Oops! Just noticed that TallCakes beat me to it months ago on this item!
