    This is as it says on the end cap "The Genuine Wit Whip Guaranteed Forever". It is 12" long and is in a yellowed plastic tube.
    The patent number on this is from 1937 and is possibly Bakelite.
    As for guaranteed forever seems to be holding up quite well.
