This is a lovely crafted Bernard Instone brooch. I love the way the leaves are formed and the agate, Lapis and MOF sit. The brooch is marked B.I which of course I'm very happy about, it solves a lot of problems. I have seen a similar brooch on Pinterest. I would hazard a guess that this piece was made either in the 1940s-50s.

Hi Karen, there was a similar one I think on Pinterest. The one I was looking at had a Amethyst in the brooch, but the frame it's self was more less identical. I'll have a look and see if I can find it. By the way thanks for your comment and love.
