Ok, it looks like a donkey sitting by a disproportionately sized ???vase??? Or a cactus...it has to be something, then the question is....the vase or cactus is "it" to double as a vase?
Or snuff a cigarette out! Hold lipstick? Auuuuggghhhhhh I can't figure out this little guys intended purpose, if any!?!
I have found another on the Internet and they were just as stumped...
The marking on mine is so faint but the other I found on the Internet had a much clearer mark which I will share.
Toothpicks? Or just a little bud vase. It looks like a dust devil!
