Interesting! Patriotic? The liberty bell, I guess. Seems to have a stylized crack going through. With three stars on either side. Eagle probably with the "E pluribus unum" banner. Strange that it only has six stars, if there are stars and that no flag is presented. Hmm, takes some thinking...
