25 years ago I found this table in a little corner antique shop in Hyde Park, NY now long gone. It was love at 1st sight paid $1760 for it and had it ever since. Its a Louis xv style double drop leaf table with brass ormolu gallery, leg fittings and feet. Inlaid wood floral marquetry on top, front/ back and cabriolet legs. The front face is a hidden drawer with a wooden push button peg under neath. I know absolutely nothing about its history. Ive search the web high and low and couldn't find anything quite like it. I've found no markings to speak of...a complete mystery. Any information would be very much appreciated.
