i found these at Goodwill this evening too. is it cased glass with millefiore designs? they fit together nicely. the base is kind of weird, which probably means it's Chinese, but i don't know!

Yeah, modern Chinese, but still nice.
It's not just the base, the millefiore canes look typical of Chinese glass too.
