Of course, being obsessed with design and furniture we've got a lot of books on the subject and this is one of the few Spanish ones we've got "La casa. decoración moderna" (sort home "Home and modern decoration"), which was published in 1953.
The cover is amazing, a great display of what modern book cover design was at the time, but the illustrations inside lack a little bit of style...
one of the things i love about the book is its first sentence (as usually happens with literature books), and this one says: ""This book constitutes the most modern and practical treatise on the decoration of the house", which, of course, read in 2016 does make one smile...
The good thing abot these books is that they act as both books on design and vintage items on themshelves... ;)
