This is a rare metal cutaway model from the early 1960s with figures in the cutaway section. The model is approximately 60 inches long and made of metal.

When travel agencies were common (before we all started booking online), it wouldn’t be unusual to see a model airliner such as this, as part of the office’s decor/ marketing displays.
