Victorian cased pink spatter & mica spangle glass vase with rigaree

This Victorian vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over pink spatter & silver mica spangles, with a white interior. It measures 25.5 cm tall, 5.4 cm across the cut top rim, & 9.5 cm across the base. There is a rigaree in pale yellow - green uranium glass that spirals around the body of the vase. I think most likely Bohemian.
