Victorian cased ribbed Peloton glass vase with double crimped top

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over a white interior. Featuring applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, yellow, & white, it has an unusual straight sided ribbed form, with a double crimped top rim. The vase measures 12.3 cm tall, 12 cm across the top rim, & 6 cm across the base, which has a rough, snapped pontil mark. The Peloton threads are quite pronounced on this piece, & have a great texture, especially combined with the ribbing. Purchased from the UK, & I feel that it is possibly of English make.
