Victorian blue cased glass vase with mica spangles

This Victorian glass vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over blue, with silver mica spangle inclusions, over a white interior. Of a stick form, with a bulbous, three lobed base, it measures 17 cm tall, 2.5 cm across the cut top rim, & 3.6 cm across the base. A flea market find, & perhaps of Bohemian origin.
