1980's Costume Jewelry - COLLAR Brooch or Just Brooch

Mine, from the 1980's era. This could be just a Brooch or a Collar Brooch. I used to wear it as a Collar brooch at my job, as I wore a comfy Black suit and I used to wear this. I say that as the suit was really comfortable so I wore this to look dressed up....but yet I was SO comfy at work. Yes, I still have it in my jewelry Box. Such a classic design from back then. No marks on the back...
