    (1195 items)

I posted to the brooch on the top (with one blue stone) some time ago. I bought it here in Canada. The second was purchased in Goerlitz, Germany. By the way, I found so many vintage and antique stores there!!! Too bad I didn't have more time:(

The second brooch has a very similar design. One of the main differences is the number of stones. The second brooch has two additional smaller, dark blue stones on the sides.

The craftsmanship and condition of both brooches is excellent.

The storekeeper said that the second brooch dates to around 1910 - 1920. I believe he could be close with his statement.

    Thanks for looking:)

They're both lovely! The trombone catch was popular from about 1910-1940.

Mary, thanks for your comment. I really was happy to find a second one: One in Canada and one in Germany. I am not sure where my brooches were made but I guess now that they could be European:)
