Thi is a Police journal from the Municipality of Outremont, a part of Montreal Quebec. The journal had been used after as a scrapbook for odd news items ; ie "a Devil was found in ..." All from the 1880s. I would like to get the pasted news items off and return the book to its original. I love the charges , stealing oranges from an orchard, women were often vagrant mmm, and drunk and disorderly was common..
