Small Spoon

I bought this little spoon some time ago. I remember that there was nothing in the store at all that interested me. I was a bit bored and started looking through the bin with the souvenir spoons. This little spoon got my attention. The quality was different. It was very well made. After cleaning it up I found some characters in the front under the camel. Too bad that I have no clue what they mean.
I have seen similar spoons in setts. I believe they are meant for coffee.
