These are two different Benevolent Societies watch fob and a watch fob/key tag
The first is a bronze watch fob from the I.B.P.O.E.W.
Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World
This was established in 1897 and was the first Elks Society for Black Americans
Its 1 3/4"top to bottom, and 1 1/2" across, and 1/8"thick, I don't know the age of this fob.
The second is a silver watch fob/key tag from the I.O.O.F. for Charles W. Polk Watsonville Cal. 1898
This is from the International Order of Odd Fellows, and given to Chas. Polk in 1898 who was a Druggist in Watsonville Calif. at the time.
It's 1" top to bottom, and 1 3/16"across, and 1/16"thick, on the left side a 1/8" hole with 2 small key rings in it.
Here's some information that I got on them, and I'll post it on comments also :
Thanks for looking, all comments and questions welcome, and this other info will be added in comments! :^)
