    I found this small canton enamel box recently. It is 3.75 inches by 2.5 inches by 1.75 inches tall. Signed 'CHINA' on the bottom. it shows some wear, but in near perfect condition. I think it's early 20th century - what do you think? i love the butterfly on it!

      Absolutely lovely! Agree with you, it is an old one, around 1920/1930.

      I hunt for damaged Canton enamel damaged to repair them, not easy as I want them cheap ;-))

      thank you Newfld and Kyra! yes, i did see your kyratized piece! this one has no damage, but most of my canton enamel pieces have some damage - which is expected with Canton enamel.
