Found this nice example of Fritz Heckert 'Changeant' ('silberband') recently. It is 12 cm high and the form can be found in S. Zelasco's book 'Fritz Heckert Kunstglas Industrie 1866-1923', Item 312 on Page 190. It is probably an Otto Thamm design from c.1901. The green with silver bands works particularly well, from the inside they appear yellow (see picture 4).
