Old Clocks

I posted some military memorabilia of a friend Col. Swafford a few days ago. Here's some of the clocks he purchased overseas. His son says he thinks they came from Germany. I couldn't find any manufacturer's name. Could anyone give me some info on these?
The grandfather clock plays the tower clock chime theme on the hour. I would think it would be English instead if German.
