Can someone help me with history on this clock. What does the number (269) on the back mean? I have tried to find an image online but have been unsuccessful. Your input is appreciated!

Just mould info on the back. Little to nothing will ever be known about such info as such records are highly unlikely to still exist. Nice enameled-face piece.

My in-laws have the exact same clock. My father in-law's uncle had a jewelry store many years ago. A customer brought the clock in to be fixed and never came back to get it.. They've had it ever since, but don't know anything about it.
