    I am not a carpet expert. I purchased this for $5 at a thrift. I absolutely love it and don't know anything about it expect that it is woven wool. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

      What an interesting pattern to it?! I don't know anything about old rugs either, but probably also woulda bought that for $5 -- I'd call that a great deal even if it was brand new from wallyworld?! :-) By the way, how big is it?

      Thanks Anything, It measures 36" x 52". I love the pattern as well and yes, if it was brand new from wallyworld, I still would have purchased it. LOL!
