I tried to clean it up enough to read the symbols better. Has anyone ever seen this before or is anyone familiar with this ring. It is really pretty. Added one more photo. Maybe someone will recognize the stamps.

Thanks. Looking at it again today after I cleaned it one more time I see that what I thought was the number 93 is really what looks like M3, not 93. Doesn't really get me much farther but there it is.
Lovely ring, I love the shape and enamelling. The symbols are hard to read but is the number 84 if so does it have a lady’s head side wards, if so it could be Russian.
Whoops I’ve just woken up and throught it was enamelling, I’ve read your description and I see it is Turquiose.
I am not sure. It's looks different from every angle. I will try to clean it again and take a few more pictures.
I was wondering ..Taxco or Mexican silver?
I see not taxco emblem on this piece. I see no hecho en mexico either. I have never seen Mexican silver with the #84 on it but that doesn't mean much. The stamp that I thought said 93 could also be an M3 or an MB. It's crazy hard to find anything on it.
