Indian arrowheads

Here are a few of my arrowheads. I've tried to identify them, but some of the books that I have don't show clear pictures. In the first picture from Left-Right: Basil Form; Kirk Stemmed; Pelican; Perforator. In the second and third pictures (which are the same arrowheads) are: Basil Notched; Square Knife. In the 4th picture: Unidentified arrowheads. I have several more that aren't complete...part of the arrowhead is broken off. I also have a few pieces that must have been part of bowls that the Indians made.
