Just refinished this flat top canvas covered trunk for a friend. It has good bones and was worth saving. He wanted to keep the age in the trunk, it’s blemishes, the miles ,etc. It’s not a perfect piece but I’m good with that. Restained the canvas, sanded and clear coated the slats, rawhide and nails just to bring out the texture.

Looks great Drill nice job!! Love the hardware on this trunk and the narrow slats which is more of a french look.
