Another Handcuff Gauge

This is another tool Smith & Wesson used to manufacture handcuffs for the Peerless Handcuff Company.
This is the Handcuff Key Hole Pivot gauge. The actual gauge with the round handle is dated May 24, 1917.
The part / handle used to protect the gauge was later manufactured in March 1924, showing the Key Hole pivot gauge
was used for several years of manufacture.
