I found this handpainted blue and white plate today. it has a brown ring around the edge and nice floral designs. I was just told by several people on FB that this is an 18th century Chinese plate. Nice score for $1!

nice very strange quadro floral , the garlands on the bottom are kangsi style but is complete genuine quianlong, the batavian rim and inner border pattern make it real , rare combination well done
