This 1 3-4" diameter wreath or pinwheel style brooch has two tone blue navette rhinestones on silvertone, and is featured in the book Napier Co by Melinda Lewis in autumnal colors. From the 1960s by Napier (founded 1915)

Ken thank you for the fab compliments, I fell in love with this brooch on sight and I have that big Napier "bible" book that is not alphabetized or categorized so I had to go page by page & finally found this among the 60s designs, it also came in a two tone topaz color, I was so lucky to find this oldie
