This a signed late 1920's /early 30's of the dutch harbor what makes it rare is that as to this date I have not seen another with the Holland American line building in the painting and I have not been able to identify the ships yet or t read the artist name

That building of the Holland America Line is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Today it is a well-known hotel called New York.
The building can often be seen in paintings.
If you make a sharp and clear photo of the signature, we might be able to find out who the artist is.
