What are these? They are so pretty but no idea what they are. I think they are art deco ish or art glass but have no idea of the history

These are clearly hand made and quite well done. The clear inner had been made first, then the second gather of blue over it, hot worked, and then gas iridised.
I find them quite lovely. Unless signed it may be hard to identify the maker.
Use them daily!
Glass is robust and beautiful to use.
