The Watercolor shows a cat peaking through the grass at a mouse. It definitely needs to be cleaned up. There's some overspray on the frame and the matting has some spots. The frame has what looks like window glazing points holding the artwork in.

The Watercolor is signed by the artist and has her information on the back.

The artist has several works online. One claimed it was from the 1950s. I believe she passed away in 1991? More research is needed.
