Tulip Lamp

I believe this is a mid century Danish Tulip lamp. It was gifted to me by my mother-in-law, and I found it very cool. I think the wood is teak, or perhaps walnut, as similar ones I've seen are made of this type. The shades are very thick, heavy glass and are in perfect shape, and the lamp overall is in very good condition. Does anyone have anymore information on the era or manufacturer? I couldn't find any markings on it, other than an electrical type sticker on the bottom. The shades don't appear to have any markings on them at all.
