A new addition to Things I Love. I got it at a local thrift store at Christmas, and it will most likely be decorative and not used for tea at this point. I don’t know it’s history or who made such a beautiful teapot.

If anyone knows how old or the maker of this teapot, I’d love to know!

Welcome! It is a great tea pot, very nice design. No marks in the bottom?

No, there are not any marks on the bottom, but someone in this group has one posted from some years ago, and a comment led me to the maker, I think: Retroneau (sp), Mission, and it came in several colors. I saw a blue one listed on Worthpoint, I don't know what it sold for, or how long ago it was sold. It's just so pretty, glad I went shopping to the thrift store that day.
