I bought this Mexican vintage silver brooch for Christmas. I thought it would be nice to wear it for the holidays. Thanks to Corona,it didn't happen.

Watchsearcher, thanks so much for your comment. That ring is a very simple Mexican ring. It goes with almost all of my old Mexican pieces, and best of all it doesn't bother me.

Mary, so nice to hear from you! I have been almost hibernating for the last months. Things have been ok for me and my family, but the emotional burden has been hard to handle. This was the first Christmas I didn't have a tree up. No parties, no dinner, no Christmas cards... It really got me down. But on the bright side:
I have planed a big Christmas party in the summer! As soon as this BS is over (or at least safe enough) I am having the biggest and loudest Christmas party in my backyard. I am going to decorate the pine trees, play the most cliche Christmas songs, and have some presents for the grandchildren. I am aiming for July.
Sorry, but so many month in relative isolation can play some tricks on ones sanity.
