This beautifully crafted bobblehead of Fourstardave nicely captures his essence. It was issued as a promotion in 2013 at Saratoga. And at the Fourstardave Handicap is now run annually in his honor at The Spa.
This gelding's career was highlighted by his still standing record of winning races in consecutive years from 1987-1994 at Saratoga Race Course. Thus he honestly had earned the nickname of "The Sultan of Saratoga"!
