UNK Flower with rhinestones and Spring held floral spray

Okay CW folks - here is a floral brooch that I think resembles that of Boucher. I have found no other similar piece of jewelry like this. the use of the spring is a new concept to me and I don't believe this is a newer brooch, it has the appearance and quality of high-end craftsmanship. There is a rivet (I think) that is holding the spring loaded spray in place, other than that, the back is solid. Any one have a clue to help ID this wonderful piece of jewelry???
