    Not sure what kind of knife this is but it seems old. The knife itself has 4 notches on the blade which is interesting and it clearly seems like it has seen a lot of use. I'm sort of thinking it may be from the crusades because of the cross like decorations on the sheath. Would love any input.

      Thanks Congcu, would you have any guess as to how old it may be? The dagger also has 4 marks on the blade, any clue what that might mean?

      Very hard to age as so many have been made using traditional methods. They are being made today as it is an iconic knife.
