Found this Sherlock Holmes gem at the Sherlock Fan Estate Sale. What more could you ask for?

I can imagine this in a Sherlock story, strange marks on one edge of it, possibly brown stains, perhaps it's blood.
All is not as it seems however.

Sherlock eventually determines it was used by Watson to open a can of tomato soup for lunch......

      racer,
I picture Watson happily consuming his tomato soup when Sherlock walks into the room with his stained silhouette.
"Did you ruin this on that cheap can of soup?" he asks.
Watson: "How did you figure that out Holmes?"
      Sherlock: "Sedimentary" my Dear Watson...sedimentary....

Great Sherlock item, I love all the ones with silhouettes - would make a nice paperweight

      Newfld,
I agree. This one is more the size for a doorstop, however. Thans for your comment :)

Sometimes a photo can help you see the illusion before you.
